Pecan Pancakes with Whipped Cream and Maple Syrup
Last weekend when I was taking inventory in my freezer so I wouldn’t buy what I already have (as I do so often), I noticed the bag of pecans I bought around Thanksgiving. It happened to be about time for breakfast, so I grabbed them and we turned the plain pancakes we were about to have into pecan pancakes. They were pretty fantastic! And the whipped cream just sent them over the top!
