I’d like to introduce you to Wendy Marsh of Marsh Home!
Wendy is an incredible artist who focuses on colored glass. She describes herself as “the matchmaker of the glass world searching far and wide for the right pieces of glass to marry and create her pretties. Some of her glass is new but most is vintage treasures that she is delighted to give new life. There may be a few signs of their previous life with a slight scratch or flea bite but Wendy takes great care in choosing items with no great flaws.”

Beautiful! I would actually use the stand to display fruit! Raspberries, blackberries, sliced kiwi — any color fruit that complements the color of the stand! Wouldn’t that look like a beautiful piece of art?

I have one of those cake stands in clear glass. These colored ones are so much cuter. I do use it as a cake stand but at the holidays I am more apt to turn the whole thing (both pieces) upside down and use it as a PUNCH BOWL! It works perfectly that way and is very nice.

Beautiful!!! I would display cakes (obviously), cookies, quiches, gingerbread house at Christmas…the ideas are endless…it would make a great display for food….but you could use it with candles if you don’t like to bake, put a really large candle or three smaller ones….I hope I win 🙂
