When I say this is an easy meal to prepare, that’s an understatement! There’s no marinating, endless chopping, or really any prep work involved at all. Just sprinkle some steak seasonings on the pork and throw everything on the grill. The only real labor involved is piling all the fixings on your taco! And by the way, if you’ve never had Mexican Street Corn, you’re in for a treat. Yum!!
