In my mind crock pot and rotisserie chicken recipes are synonymous for ‘no brainer weeknight dinners”.  And in the case of this meal, it’s really a stretch to even call this a ‘recipe’.  So, pour a glass of wine, pull out your chopping block and start ‘assembling’ dinner.  Now don’t be worried your lack of sweating it out in the kitchen is going to result in a less than fabulous meal. Quite the opposite! This is a home run! Now, for those who are taking full advantage of the ‘assembly’ nature of this meal, just add a little adobo to your bottled ranch. You really can’t go wrong. Mmmmm.
